Rosa stood up to a white man, for equal rights, and shamed America into supporting civil rights for blacks. Rosa Parks cared toward others and lived a life of service. Rosa Parks never gave up she always stood up for her people/ American’s, and never gave up her dream, and risked her life.
Rosa Parks is an African American woman who was being humiliated and treated unfair. When she was born she was named Rosa Louise by her parent’s. Rosa lived a crazy life she had to work to feed her family. Rosa was a woman who fought for her rights. Rosa parks was homeschooled until she was eleven, then she attended a private school, Montgomery Industrial school for girls. Her life was sad because when she would ride the bus she had to go to the back because she was African, all African’s were treated badly, and they had to pay for a white person’s fare, if they were on front of the bus seat. Rosa received a presidential metal of freedom from President Bill Clinton. Rosa Parks died on October 24, 2005 at age 72.
I think Rosa Parks greatest accomplishment was when she stood up to a white man, equal rights. Parks shared America into supporting civil rights for blacks, she risked her life. Rosa achieved her goal by ending segregation on public transportation. Rosa did what was right for the United States. I think that these were her accomplishments because she got the rule she was a women who fought back. Rosa was a hard worker, she went to school, worked to help support her family and to make sure they were fed.
Rosa Parks fits in the overcome, challenges, caring, and service aspect of the creed. Parks was caring because she cared for her family and cared about people’s rights. This African woman stood up for her rights and was tired of being treated how she was being treated. She overcome her fears and took her first tentative steps towards positive change, not just for her self but African Americans, and for all Americans. Her challenge was with the whites, she had to fight with them from everyone to have equal rights. Rosa got arrested because she refused to move seats on bus.
Rosa Parks was an African American who overcomes, challenges, caring. And service aspect of the creed. Her great achievement was that she never gave up for her rights, received a presidential metal of freedom from President Bill Clinton. We should all try to live a happy life and not be raises toward other raise, because everyone has the right to sit where they want and do what everyone does, do the same things other raise do.
